Copeland’s Rural Supply, LLC is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Tennessee and Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Copeland’s Rural Supply, LLC, its affiliates, and individuals or organizations directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parents, children, siblings, and members of the same household.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 17, 2026 and ends on September 19, 2026 at 11:30 AM Central Time (“Giveaway Period”).

All entries must be received through the official Giveaway entry system before the close of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

Sponsor’s or SweepWidget’s computer systems and records will serve as the official timekeeping mechanism for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway through the official SweepWidget Giveaway form available at:

www.copelandsrs.com/giveaway

The Giveaway entry page may also be accessed by scanning an official QR code provided or published by Copeland’s Rural Supply.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

An eligible participant will receive one (1) entry by completing and submitting the basic Giveaway entry form. No purchase, social-media follow, email subscription, referral, or other optional action is required to receive the basic entry.

Participants may earn additional entries by completing eligible optional actions displayed within the official SweepWidget Giveaway form.

Optional entry opportunities may include:

• Visiting or following Copeland’s Rural Supply on Facebook;
• Visiting or following Copeland’s Rural Supply on Instagram;
• Visiting or following Copeland’s Rural Supply on TikTok;
• Subscribing to Copeland’s Rural Supply marketing emails;
• Visiting a designated Copeland’s Rural Supply website or webpage; and
• Referring eligible friends to the Giveaway.

Completion Bonus Entry: An entrant who successfully completes all available non-referral entry methods displayed in the official SweepWidget Giveaway form will receive one (1) additional bonus entry.

The completion bonus may be earned only once per entrant during the Giveaway Period. All qualifying entry methods must be validly completed and are subject to verification by Sponsor. Referral entries are not required to qualify for the completion bonus.

The number of entries awarded for each available action will be displayed within the SweepWidget Giveaway form.

Except for qualifying referral entries, each optional entry action may be completed only once per entrant during the Giveaway Period. Repeated completion or attempted completion of the same non-referral action will not result in additional valid entries.

Entrants may not use multiple identities, multiple email addresses, automated systems, bots, scripts, fictitious accounts, fraudulent information, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limitations or artificially increase their number of entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify entries or entrants reasonably determined to have violated these Official Rules or manipulated the entry process.

5. Referral Entries

Participants may earn one (1) additional entry for each eligible friend successfully referred to the Giveaway through the participant’s unique SweepWidget referral link, subject to the referral requirements and verification capabilities of the Giveaway platform.

A referral must result from a genuine referral of another individual. Self-referrals, fictitious referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, automated referrals, bulk or unsolicited referral activity, or other attempts to manipulate the referral system are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate referral entries that it reasonably determines are fraudulent, duplicated, automated, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with the intent of the Giveaway or these Official Rules.

6. Email Subscription Entry

Entrants may elect to earn an additional entry by subscribing to receive marketing emails from Copeland’s Rural Supply.

By voluntarily completing the email-subscription entry action, the entrant agrees to receive promotional and marketing email communications from Copeland’s Rural Supply.

Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter the Giveaway.

An entrant may unsubscribe from marketing communications in accordance with the unsubscribe instructions included in applicable marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after validly completing the subscription entry action will not invalidate the entrant’s basic Giveaway entry or otherwise affect the entrant’s eligibility to participate, subject to these Official Rules.

7. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded.

The prize is awarded as-is and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash through Copeland’s Rural Supply.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Any costs or expenses associated with accepting, transporting, owning, maintaining, or using the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided by Sponsor are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Selection

A potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period using the random winner-selection functionality provided through SweepWidget.

The drawing is scheduled to take place on September 19, 2026, following the close of the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be announced at approximately 12:00 PM Central Time on September 19, 2026, during Copeland’s Customer Appreciation Day.

The potential winner does not need to be present at Customer Appreciation Day to win.

Sponsor also intends to announce the potential or confirmed winner through the official Copeland’s Rural Supply Facebook page.

The individual selected in the drawing is considered a potential winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and all prize-claim requirements have been satisfied.

9. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using both the email address and telephone number provided by the entrant.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days following Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to monitor the email address and telephone number supplied when entering.

Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive or respond to a notification because of incorrect or outdated contact information, spam filtering, voicemail issues, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

10. Winner Verification and Required Documentation

Before being confirmed as the winner or receiving the prize, the potential winner must satisfy Sponsor’s eligibility and prize-claim requirements.

The potential winner will be required to:

1. Respond to Sponsor’s winner notification within seven (7) calendar days;
2. Provide satisfactory proof of identity, age, and eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo identification;
3. Complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release provided by Sponsor;
4. Complete and sign an IRS Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification;
5. Complete any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, document acceptance and receipt of the prize, or comply with applicable law.

Required winner documents must be completed accurately and returned within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor provides or requests the applicable documentation, unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing.

The prize will not be released until Sponsor has verified the potential winner’s eligibility and received all required prize-claim documentation to Sponsor’s reasonable satisfaction.

11. Failure to Claim Prize; Disqualification and Alternate Winner

A potential winner may be disqualified and will forfeit any right to the prize if the potential winner:

• Fails to respond to Sponsor within the required seven (7) calendar-day period;
• Cannot be contacted using the information provided with the entry;
• Fails to timely complete or return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release;
• Refuses or fails to provide a properly completed Form W-9;
• Fails to provide satisfactory proof of identity, age, or eligible residency;
• Provides false, incomplete, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate information;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Declines the prize;
• Is found to have manipulated or fraudulently obtained entries;
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules; or
• Otherwise fails to satisfy the reasonable prize-claim requirements established by Sponsor.

If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries using SweepWidget or a substantially similar random-selection method.

Any alternate potential winner will be subject to the same eligibility verification, documentation, notification, and prize-claim requirements described in these Official Rules.

Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners until an eligible winner is confirmed, subject to applicable law and Sponsor’s reasonable ability to administer the Giveaway.

12. Prize Pickup and Receipt

The confirmed winner must pick up the prize at:

The winner will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification at pickup.

The winner will also be required to sign a Prize Receipt and Acknowledgment confirming that the prize has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sponsor, the confirmed winner must take possession of the prize within thirty (30) calendar days after Sponsor notifies the winner that the prize is available for pickup.

Failure to take possession of the prize within the required period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Transportation of the mower from the pickup location and any associated transportation costs are the responsibility of the winner unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

13. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes resulting from the acceptance or receipt of the prize.

The prize has an Approximate Retail Value of $6,999.

The winner acknowledges that receipt of the prize may constitute taxable income.

Sponsor will report the value of the prize to federal, state, or other taxing authorities as required by applicable law and will provide the winner with applicable tax-reporting documentation when required.

The potential winner must provide a properly completed Form W-9 before the prize will be released.

Sponsor will not pay or reimburse the winner for the winner’s personal income-tax liability resulting from acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor does not provide tax advice. The winner is responsible for consulting their own tax professional or adviser regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize.

14. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including valid additional entries earned through optional entry methods.

Each valid entry constitutes an opportunity to be selected in the random drawing.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, image, voice, statements, and photographs or video associated with the prize presentation for reasonable advertising, promotional, publicity, and social-media purposes related to the Giveaway, Copeland’s Customer Appreciation, and Copeland’s Rural Supply without additional compensation or notice.

Additional terms regarding publicity rights may be included in the winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, process and verify entries, communicate with entrants as necessary regarding the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact and verify the potential winner, comply with legal and tax-reporting requirements, prevent fraud, and fulfill other purposes disclosed at the time the information is collected.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails from Copeland’s Rural Supply.

Marketing-email consent is obtained separately when an entrant voluntarily completes the email-subscription entry action or otherwise affirmatively subscribes to Copeland’s marketing communications.

Taxpayer information obtained through Form W-9 or other tax documentation will be used for legitimate tax-reporting and compliance purposes and will not be used as ordinary marketing information.

17. General Conditions and Entry Verification

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions regarding interpretation and administration of the Giveaway, which will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate, invalidate, or disqualify any entry or entrant that Sponsor reasonably believes:

• Violated these Official Rules;
• Provided false or fraudulent information;
• Attempted to manipulate the Giveaway or SweepWidget platform;
• Used bots, scripts, automation, multiple identities, fictitious accounts, or other unauthorized methods;
• Fraudulently generated referrals or additional entries;
• Interfered with another participant’s ability to enter; or
• Otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor may request reasonable documentation or information necessary to verify the validity of an entry.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, Sponsor may consider the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry to be the entrant, subject to verification and applicable law.

18. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, platform malfunction, human error, circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or another event materially affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated before its scheduled conclusion, Sponsor may, when lawful and reasonably practicable, select a potential winner from eligible entries received before the event giving rise to the termination.

19. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and promotional partners from claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, transportation, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.

Any applicable manufacturer warranty accompanying the mower remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

20. SweepWidget Disclaimer

SweepWidget provides the online software platform used to facilitate entry collection, additional-entry activities, referral tracking, and random winner selection for the Giveaway.

SweepWidget is not the sponsor of the Giveaway and is not responsible for providing or fulfilling the prize.

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Copeland’s Rural Supply, LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants acknowledge that SweepWidget is not responsible for Sponsor’s administration or fulfillment of the Giveaway.

21. Husqvarna Disclaimer

The Husqvarna Xcite™ Z380 is the product being awarded as the Giveaway prize.

Husqvarna is not a sponsor, administrator, or promoter of this Giveaway and is not responsible for the administration, selection of the winner, or fulfillment of the Giveaway.

Any Husqvarna names, trademarks, product names, or other marks referenced in connection with the Giveaway are the property of their respective owners.

22. Social Media Disclaimer

The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social-media platforms.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or their respective parent companies, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By entering, participants acknowledge that information provided in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to Sponsor and/or its Giveaway service provider and not to the applicable social-media platform, except as otherwise necessary to complete an optional action on that platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release applicable social-media platforms from claims arising from Sponsor’s administration of the Giveaway.

23. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

24. Official Rules and Questions

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules.
