COPELAND’S RURAL SUPPLY “XCITING HUSQVARNA LAWN MOWER GIVEAWAY” OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor Copeland’s Rural Supply, 408 Brown St, Celina, TN 38551 (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 AM Central Time on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on June 11, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time‐keeping device.

3. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or those living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter There are three (3) ways to enter:

a. Free Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.copelandsrs.com and complete the online entry form in its entirety (name, valid email address, ZIP code, phone). Limit one (1) free entry per email address. b. Bonus Entries (Purchase): Sponsor’s Rural Rewards members who spend USD 100 or more in‐store during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) bonus entry per USD 100 spent. Receipts may not be combined for multiple entries. A purchase is not required to enter or win. c. Bonus Entries (Social Media): On the Sweepstakes entry page you may be offered optional social‐media tasks (e.g. follow, like, share, tag) — each completed task will earn one (1) bonus entry, limited to one bonus entry per social platform.

Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Any attempt to enter more than allowed or to manipulate the entry process is grounds for disqualification.

5. Prizes One (1) grand prize: Husqvarna Xcite zero-turn mower (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD 6,999). Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitute except at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly stated herein are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Winner Selection & Notification On or about June 12, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner within five (5) days after initial notification attempt, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Prize Claim & Pickup The winner must claim their prize in person at Sponsor’s store (408 Brown St, Celina, TN 38551) within fourteen (14) days of notification. Identification matching the name on the winning entry will be required. Prize unclaimed after 14 days will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

8. Disqualification Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Release & Limitations of Liability By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, Sweepstakes administrators, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of any prize, including without limitation: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Indemnification Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or entrant’s acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tennessee under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Force Majeure & Sponsor’s Right to Cancel Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) if any fraud, technical failures, force majeure events (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, strikes) or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the fairness, administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such impairment.

13. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.copelandsrs.com/privacy. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information for Sweepstakes administration and marketing by Sponsor, and acknowledge compliance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. Publicity Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

15. Severability If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
